2. Products and Blind-Box Mechanics
Sweet Squishies specializes in interactive, collectible blind-box toys. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The element of surprise: You are purchasing a randomized product. We do not guarantee a specific design or color unless the rules of a particular livestream event expressly say otherwise.
Final sale on opened items: Because of the nature of blind boxes, all sales are final once the sealed packaging has been opened. You cannot return or exchange an item simply because you did not receive the style you wanted.
Livestream gameplay: Purchases made during livestream “car” rounds are subject to the specific rules of that game, including mechanics such as color wishing and infinite refills. We reserve the right to modify or pause these mechanics at any time to maintain fair play.
3. Safety and Age Restrictions
Our products are designed as stress-relief and decorative toys. They are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone and AB glue. However:
Age warning: Our squishies are not recommended for children under seven years of age without strict adult supervision because of the risk of accidental ingestion or misuse.
Care instructions: You agree to follow our official care instructions, including avoiding high heat, alcohol, prolonged sun exposure, and intentional tearing. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or rough play.
4. Pricing and Payments
Product prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or livestream game mechanic at any time without notice.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided when the order was placed.
5. Shipping and Returns
Your purchase is governed by our official Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
We currently ship only within Canada.
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return unopened, sealed items.
To claim transit damage or a factory defect, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Claims submitted without this video will be denied.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and product descriptions—is the property of Sweet Squishies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the service or website without our express written permission.

When participating in our livestream events or communicating with our team, you agree to maintain a respectful and polite environment. We reserve the right to ban users from our livestreams or refuse service to anyone who engages in harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent behavior.
