Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

1. Shipping Destinations

Sweet Squishies currently ships within Canada only. We hope to expand internationally in the future, but for now all packages remain within Canada.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Canadian public holidays.

3. Where We Ship From

Every Sweet Squishies package is quality-checked and shipped from our headquarters in Ontario, Canada.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75. This threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Standard rates: For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your Canadian delivery address and selected shipping speed.

5. Tracking Your Squishies

After your package leaves our Ontario facility, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow approximately 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

6. Livestream Orders and Haul Consolidation

If you participate in a livestream “car” round, items opened during that event—including free bonus wins—are automatically consolidated into one package. Consolidated livestream hauls ship within the standard 1–2 business-day window after the stream ends.

7. Damage and Lost Packages

If an order arrives damaged because of handling in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. A continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning with the sealed package is required for transit-damage claims.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages, returned mail, or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us before the package ships.
